Board Changes
Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, the world leader in thermal energy management, peristaltic pumping and associated fluid path technologies, confirms the following as previously announced on 9th March 2021:
Dr Trudy Schoolenberg, Senior Independent Director, has stepped down from the Board after completing nine years; and
Richard Gillingwater is appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect 1st August 2021.
On behalf of our shareholders the Board acknowledges with gratitude Trudy Schoolenberg's significant contribution to the Group's growth and prosperity over the last nine years. As Senior Independent Director, Trudy has been crucial in guiding the business through significant changes and challenges whilst maintaining the highest governance standards.
Richard Gillingwater was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 9th March 2021. As Senior Independent Director, Richard will continue our close engagement with shareholders.
There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14.
