CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules, Mr Gareth Bullock, Senior Independent Director of Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, has advised that he has been appointed as a non-executive director of Global Market Group Limited, a business to business e-commerce provider.  Mr Bullock's appointment was with effect from 22 May 2012 and Global Market Group Limited was AIM listed on 22 June 2012.
