CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS

In accordance with the Listing Rule requirement to give notice of new directorships held by current directors (LR 9.6.14 (2)), Spirax‑Sarco Engineering plc announces that Dr Trudy Schoolenberg, Senior Independent Director and Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a director of the Supervisory Board of Avantium N.V., a leading technology company in renewable chemistry. 

For information, Trudy is no longer a director of Low & Bonar following the closing of that company on 12th May 2020.

The Board is satisfied that Trudy's appointment with Avantium N.V . complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018.
