Acquisition of Spire Healthcare shares by Justin Ash

On 6 March 2018, Justin Ash purchased 46,500 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 215.2 pence each. 

Following this announcement Justin Ash holds a total of 220,100 ordinary shares in the Company. The shares are held through Lynchwood Nominee Limited.
