Spice, the provider of outsourced infrastructure support services to the
Commercial, Public and Utility Sectors announces that its Board of Directors is
today hosting a lunch for analysts. The purpose of this lunch is to allow
analysts direct access to the Group's Non Executive Directors.

During this lunch Spice's Non Executive Chairman, Sir Rodney Walker, will be
announcing his decision to retire as Chairman of Spice, as soon as a suitable
replacement is found. The search for a replacement has commenced and a further
announcement will be made when that process has been concluded.

Other than the announcement referred to above, no new material information will
be disclosed.

Sir Rodney Walker, Non Executive Chairman, commented:

"I have been Chairman of Spice for five years. Over this period of time the
Group has grown significantly as both a  private company and more recently as a
public company. The pace of growth at Spice is accelerating and I feel that the 
time is right to handover to a new Chairman who will lead the Group through its
next phase of development."

Simon Rigby, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"Personally, and on behalf of the Group, I'd like to thank Sir Rodney for his
guidance, hard work and significant  contribution to the growth and success of
Spice over the course of the past five years.  The Group Board respects the 
decision that Sir Rodney has made and he leaves with the best wishes of everyone
at Spice."
