                          Share holding in the Company

The Company was notified on 1 September 2004 by Fidelity International Limited
and its direct and indirect subsidiaries (together 'FIL') that FIL holds an
interest in 109,600 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Spice.

The Company was also notified by FMR Corp and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries (together 'FMR') that FMR holds an interest in 1,620,400 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in Spice.

Together the shareholdings of FIL and FMR represent 4.11 per cent of Spice's
issued share capital.
