Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Spice, the provider of Total Utility Support Services, has today published a supplementary prospectus ("Supplementary Prospectus") which should be read in conjunction with the prospectus published by the Company on 24 September 2008 ("Prospectus") in relation to the placing ("Placing") announced by the Company on 3 September 2008. The Supplementary Prospectus solely relates to the acquisition of Mono Services Limited announced by the Company earlier today which, for the purposes of Section 87G of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, constitutes a significant new factor which has arisen since the publication of the Prospectus.
Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be submitted to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
