                               Notice of Results

Spice plc ("Spice"), the support services business which operates in the
Commercial Services and Utility Services sectors, will be reporting Interim
Results for the six months to 29 October 2006, on Thursday 14 December 2006.

An analysts briefing will be held at 0930am on that day at:
