Publication of Annual Report and Financial Statements

and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Spice, the leading provider of Outsourced Utility Support Services, has published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2010, together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").  The AGM is to be held at 2.00 pm on 1 September 2010 at Corby Training Centre, Bangrave Road, Corby, Northamptonshire NN17 1NN.

The documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility located at:

The Group's operations were founded in 1996 and have their origins in the electricity industry, though the range of activities has since been expanded into the water and energy sectors.  Spice's businesses have a common theme of delivering and co-ordinating infrastructure support services to customers and the white collar element within the service mix has been built up significantly over recent years.
