Contract win
The Board of Spice Holdings plc ('Spice' or the 'Company') is pleased to
announce that its Facilities Division has been selected to provide property
maintenance management services to Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain)
Limited ('KFC').
Within the contract, Serviceline will provide a comprehensive facilities
management service to almost 300 of KFC's managed stores, with the ability to
pass work to its sister company Circle Britannia where the capability exists.
The balance of works will be sub-contracted to other suppliers.
This framework contract is for three years with total spend managed on behalf of
KFC estimated to be £7 million per annum with an estimated turnover value to
Spice of £2.5 million per annum. The estimated value to Spice of £2.5 million
includes Serviceline's management fee and also the anticipated value of spend
referred from Serviceline to Circle Britannia.
The contract is similar to Spice's existing comprehensive facilities management
services contract with Starbucks and represents another significant organic
growth development in the Commercial and Retail sectors.
