BLOCKLISTING APPLICATION

London, UK - 21 March 2019

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 1,300,000 Ordinary shares of 3 and ⅓ pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Spirent Long-Term Incentive Plan.

Admission of the shares is expected to be on 25 March 2019.

When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
