DISPOSAL OF THE SYSTEMS DIVISION COMPLETED
London, UK - 2 November 2012 - Spirent Communications plc (LSE: SPT): Further to the announcement of 24 September 2012, Spirent Communications plc is pleased to announce that it has now completed the sale of the assets and liabilities of its Systems Division, which trades as PG Drives Technology, to Curtiss-Wright Corporation.
