BOARD CHANGES
At its meeting on 4th September, the board of directors of Rodime plc resolved
to appoint new directors to the board with immediate effect as follows:
Mr Roger Withers - as an executive director. Mr Withers will provide marketing
and other services under a consultancy agreement.
Ms Kathryn Revitt - as a non-executive director, and a member of the Audit
Compensation Committees.
The board was also notified of and accepted the resignations with immediate
effect of the following directors:
Mr Peter Bailey - resigned as Managing Director of Rodime plc. Mr Bailey has
been appointed a Managing Director of Rodime Technologies Limited, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Rodime plc.
Mr James Teter - resigned as a non-executive director of Rodime plc. Mr Teter
has been appointed as a non-executive director of Rodime Technologies Limited, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Rodime plc.
Information on the two new directors, as required by Listing Rule 16.4 was
disclosed in the Company's prospectus dated 11th August 2000.
