SPORTECH PLC (AIM: SPO), the international betting technology business, announces that the Company has been notified that on 21 September 2023, Clive Whiley, Non-Executive Director of Sportech, sold 15,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, via Zodiac Executive Pension Scheme (where he is the sole beneficiary). This represented Mr Whiley's total holding in Sportech plc, so his balance following this transaction is nil.
