The issuer has made the following amendment to the Director Shareholding
announcement released on 5 September 2000 at 8.41am under RNS No 4054Q.

The number of Ordinary 5p shares in which Mr. Withers' has an interest is
'500,665' shares, not '500,000' as reported previously. Mr Withers' shares will
be allotted under the terms of a sub-underwriting agreement dated 11 August 2000
following the completion of the rights issue of Rodime on 25 September 2000. 
Mr. Withers' percentage holding of the issued ordinary share capital of Rodime
at that time will be 0.08%.

All other details remain unchanged.
