             Sportech Announces $1.5m Disposal of Patent Portfolio

Sportech PLC ('Sportech') announces the disposal of its non-core technology
patents portfolio for a total consideration of $1.5m. The Rodime patents concern
data storage technology and are unrelated to the core Littlewoods Gaming
business.

Colin McGill, Managing Director, Sportech plc, said:
