 Publication of the Company's 2016 Annual Report and Accounts

The Company today announces that, in conjunction with the publication of the Shareholder Circular as announced separately, it has also today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016. The Annual Report and Accounts are now available on the Company's website at www.sportechplc.com/investors/results/2016.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.1 of the FCA Listing Rules, a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

A notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the company will be announced and made available to Shareholders in due course.
