Annual General Meeting Statement

At Sportech's Annual General Meeting this afternoon (the 'AGM'), all resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands. The results of the proxy votes lodged in advance of the AGM will be available on Sportech's website shortly. 

In accordance with Sportech's obligations under Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.2, copies of:

• The new articles of association of Sportech; and

• The resolutions passed as special business at the AGM,

have been forwarded to the FSA. Both documents will shortly be available for inspection at the FSA's Document Viewing Facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
