Directorate Change

Further to its previous announcement that Ian Hogg would be leaving Sportech to pursue other business interests, the Company announces Ian's resignation from the Board with immediate effect. Ian will remain an employee of the Company until 31 December 2014. 

Ian Penrose, Chief Executive of Sportech, said:

"I would personally like to thank Ian for his contribution to the Board over the past four years and we wish him every success in the future."

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.11 of the Listing Rules.
