This announcement amends the announcement of 'Director Shareholding' made by the Company on 14 September 2021 at 12.58pm BST, issued under RNS number 7472L. The revised announcement states that the number of shares sold by Innes Smith was 13,500 (originally stated as 16,500) and the number of shares sold by Eilidh Smith was 16,500 (originally stated as 13,500). Correction: Director Shareholding

Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland delivering private and affordable housing, announces that Innes Smith, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Eilidh Smith, wife and PCA to Innes Smith, on 14 September 2021 together sold 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 152 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Innes Smith has an interest in 923,654¹ Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.  

¹  Includes the holdings of Innes Smith's wife, Eilidh Smith.
