Springfield Properties plc (AIM:SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland delivering private and affordable housing, announces that Mr Innes Smith, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 145 pence per Ordinary Share on 25 February 2020. Mr Smith intends to use the proceeds of the transaction for the purchase of a family home. Following this transaction, Mr Smith holds 952,4281 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.97% of the issued share capital of the Company.
