Trading Update and Live Shareholder Webcast

SRT, the AIM-quoted marine electronics developer, will issue a trading update in respect of the six months ended 30 September 2012 at 7.00 a.m. on Monday 15 October 2012.  At 7.30 a.m. on that day, SRT will host a live shareholder webcast open to existing and prospective private and institutional investors.

On the webcast Simon Tucker, SRT's CEO, will provide an update on trading, together with responses to questions through a live video webcast which can be accessed by any interested party worldwide by visiting the website listed below.

The format for the live webcast will be as follows:

·      Investors are invited to email questions prior to the event to [e-mail].  These questions will help form the presentation given by Simon Tucker on the webcast.  Questions must be submitted before 7.15 a.m. on Monday 15 October.

·      Investors will need to go to www.softwarerad.com/investorwebcast and login using a nickname and their email address.  Please note that investor names and identities will not be broadcast and will be kept strictly confidential.

·      During the webcast, investors will be able to send instant messages from the viewing website to Simon for him to answer and react to live.
