Application for admission of securities to trading

The Company has applied to the FSA for admission to the Official List and the
London Stock Exchange for admission to trading of 800,000 ordinary shares of
50p each in the Company.  The issue is with respect to a block listing of
shares which will be allotted to employees as and when required on the
exercise of their SAYE Sharesave share options.
