Application for Admission of Securities to Trading

The Company has applied to the UK Listing Authority for Admission of Securities
to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for Admission of
Securities to Trading of 750,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company.
This issue is with respect to a block listing of shares, which will be allocated
to employees as and when required on the exercise of their SAYE Sharesave
Options.
