ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESOLUTIONS
The Annual General Meeting of Scottish and Southern Energy plc ('SSE') took place in Bournemouth today. All 13 Resolutions, as set out in the Notice of Meeting, were passed by shareholders, with a vote of at least 97.5% in favour.
