Disclosure of interests in shares

Pursuant to 3.1.4R(1)(c) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company was notified on 4 December 2008 that Ian Marchant's daughter, Sarah Marchant had turned 18 years old. Ian Marchant will no longer hold an interest in 500 ordinary shares of the Company held in his daughters name.

Following this notification, Ian Marchant has an interest in 142,106 shares representing 0.016% of the issued share capital of the Company
