PEP REINVESTMENTS

The Company was notified on 4 October 2010 of re-investments by the manager of  PEPs held by Ian Marchant and Colin Hood pursuant to regular standing order instructions.  Ian Marchant acquired 36 shares and Colin Hood acquired 110 shares at a price of £11.22 per share on 29 September 2010.
