ISA REINVESTMENT

The Company was notified on 9 October 2012 of a re-investment by the manager of an ISA (formerly PEP) held by Gregor Alexander pursuant to a regular standing order instruction.  Gregor Alexander acquired 35 shares at a price of £14.29 per share on 8 October 2012.

Following this transaction, Gregor Alexander has a beneficial interest in 97,714 shares.
