INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2014
The Company was today notified by Capita Asset Services, the Company's Registrar, of the following transaction pursuant to participation in the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the interim dividend for the year ended 31 March 2014:
The acquisition by Susan Rice (Non-Executive Director) of 120 ordinary shares.
Lady Rice's beneficial interest in shares following this transaction is in 6,215 shares.
These 120 shares were allotted with effect from 21 March 2014. The relevant Scrip Reference Price was 1,314 pence per share.
