Katie Bickerstaffe, Non-Executive Director, notified the Company on 18 February 2016, that she had purchased 1,421 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £13.9399 per share.

Following this transaction, Katie Bickerstaffe has a beneficial interest in 5,079  ordinary shares in the Company.
