Helen Mahy, Non-Executive Director, notified the Company on 18 May 2016, that she had purchased 992 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £15.2270 per share.

Following this transaction, Helen Mahy has a beneficial interest in 2,027 ordinary shares in the Company.
