Dividend Reinvestment Plan
The Company was notified on 24 September 2007 by Computershare Investor Services
Plc, the Company's Registrars, that the undernoted Directors/PDMRs had arranged
for the cash dividends paid on 23 March 2007 to be reinvested and used to
purchase further shares at a price of £14.515 per share.
Paul Isgar (PDMR) 122 shares
James McPhillimy (PDMR) 95 shares
Susan Rice (Director) 116 shares
Following this notification, Susan Rice has an interest in 4,370 shares
representing 0.0005% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Share Incentive Plan Dividend Reinvestment
Also,the Company was notified on 24 September 2007 by Computershare Investor
Services plc, the provider of the all employee Share Incentive Plan ('SIP'),
that the cash dividends paid on 21 September 2007 were re-invested and used to
purchase 89,011 Dividend Shares on 21 September 2007 at a price of £14.515 per
share.
The purchase was made pursuant to a regular standing order instruction with
Computershare plc for the re-investment of cash dividends into Dividend Shares.
