Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons
Sections  324 and 328 of the Companies Act 1985

James Alexander Forbes today notified the Company that as two of his children
reached the age of 18 on 20th April 2001, he is no longer deemed to have an
interest in 5,000 of his 86,620 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in the Company. 
Following this notification, his total holding in the Company is 81,620 which
represents 0.01% of the Company's total issued shares.
