Following the appointment of Richard Gillingwater to the Board as non-Executive
Director with effect from 25 May 2007, the Company notifies that Richard
Gillingwater is also a director of Tomkins plc and Debenhams plc and was a
director of Qinetiq Group plc until January 2006.

There are no other details that require to be disclosed in relation to paragraph
9.6.13 of the Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.
