Southern Electric Power Distribution plc (a subsidiary of Scottish and
Southern Energy plc) has today launched a Sterling Eurobond of £250M with a
maturity of June 2032 and a coupon of 5.5%. The joint bookrunners were Royal
Bank of Scotland plc and UBS Warburg.
