SSP Group has been informed that the Supervisory Board of Bilfinger SE has appointed Per Utnegaard as Chairman of its Executive Board with effect from June 1, 2015. Per Utnegaard will become an independent non-executive director of SSP Group with effect from 1 July 2015. He previously served as the President and CEO of Swissport International Ltd.
