2021 Annual Report and Accounts - Replacement

 

Following the publication of the Company's 2021 Annual Report and Accounts (AR&A), as notified to the market on 11 April, it has come to our attention that data had been omitted from the 'Attendance in 2021' table on page 113 in the final print run and PDF versions of the AR&A. This has been corrected and the AR&A has been replaced on the Company's corporate website. A copy can be downloaded at https://www.sjp.co.uk/shareholders/reports-presentation-and-webcasts/2022 .

 

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has submitted the corrected AR&A to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism. The document is available for inspection at   https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
