SJP was informed on 30 April 2008 that Mike Gravestock, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, sold 18,801
shares in SJP at a price of £2.63 pence per share, partly to meet the cost of income tax arising from the shares ceasing
to be subject to forfeiture on the same date under the SJP Deferred Bonus Scheme.

Following this notification, Mr Gravestock's total share holding of ordinary 15p shares is 116,218 shares, which
represents 0.024% of the issued share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
