SJP Sharesave Share Option Scheme
SJP was notified on 23 March 2010 that Bill Tonks (a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility) was granted an option
over 4,448 shares under the SJP Sharesave Share Option Scheme 2000 to acquire SJP ordinary shares of 15p each at an
exercise price of 204 pence per share.  The exercisable period for the options is from 1 May - 31 October 2013.

Following the above transaction, Bill Tonks has an interest in the ordinary shares of SJP as follows:

Beneficial - 142,169 ordinary 15p shares
Non-beneficial - 14,130 ordinary 15p shares

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
