St. James's Place Capital plc ('SJPC')
SJPC was notified on 23 March 2006 of the following changes in interests in
ordinary shares of 15p in SJPC held by the executive Director and Persons
Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs') named below.
On 23 March 2006, the executive Director and PDMRs named below were granted
options under the SJPC Sharesave Share Option Scheme 2000 to acquire ordinary
shares of 15p each in SJPC at an exercise price of £2.44 per share as set out
below:
