on 1 March 2001 he exercised options under the SJPC Sharesave Option Scheme
over 5,777 ordinary 15p shares of SJPC at an exercise price of £1.35 per
share.

Mr Moule's interests in ordinary shares of SJPC after this transaction are:

With the exception of the changes notified above, Mr Moule's interests in
options to subscribe for ordinary shares in SJPC are unchanged.
