Mike Wilson, a director of SJPC, notified the Company on 6 February 2001 that
his non-beneficial interest in ordinary shares of SJPC has decreased from
1,250,000 to 750,000 shares as a result of his ceasing to be a trustee of a
family trust on 6 February 2001.


With the exception of the changes notified above, Mr Wilson's interests in
ordinary shares of SJPC are unchanged.
