shares of 15p in SJPC, at a price of 247.2p per share, by S G Hambros Trust
Company (Guernsey) Limited, S G Hambros Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited is
trustee of the SJPC Employees Share Trust, the potential beneficiaries of which
include executive directors and employees of the SJPC Group.
