St. James's Place Capital plc ('SJPC')
Mr David Bellamy and Mr Martin Moule, both executive directors of SJPC, today
notified the Company that on 23 May 2002 they were granted the following options
to acquire ordinary shares of 15p each in SJPC under the Executive Share Option
Scheme 2000:
