in SJPC, by S G Hambros Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited.

In addition, SJPC was today notified of the acquisition today, of 3,278 ordinary
shares of 15p in SJPC, at a price of 93p per share, by SJP AESOP Trustees
Limited. SJP AESOP Trustees Limited is trustee of The SJPC AESOP Trust, the
potential beneficiaries of which include executive directors and employees of
the SJPC Group.
