SJPC was informed on 7 March 2001 that the interests of Fidelity International
Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries in ordinary shares of
SJPC have ceased to be a notifiable interest for the purposes of s.198 of the
Companies Act 1985 since the holding represents less than 3% of the relevant
share capital.
