SJPC was informed on 16 February 2001 that the interests of Lloyds TSB Group
and its subsidiaries in ordinary shares of SJPC have ceased to be a notifiable
interest for the purpose of s.198 of the Companies Act 1985 since its holding
represents less than 3% of the relevant share capital.
