SJPC announces completion of GS Capital Partners 2000 Agreement with Nascent
Group.



SJPC announces that, following receipt of regulatory approvals, completion
took place today of the agreement announced on 12 April whereby GS Capital
Partners 2000 will acquire approximately 20% of the Nascent Group SA committed
share capital.
