Staffline was notified yesterday that Wendy Evans, the spouse of Marshall Evans, Director, has transferred 1,450,080 ordinary shares, to Marshall Evans for nil consideration.

Following this Marshall Evans remains beneficially interested in 1,599,480 ordinary shares representing 7.11 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
