("Staffline" or the "Company")
Directorate Change
Staffline, the recruitment and training group, announces the appointment of Daniel Quint as Interim Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Daniel replaces Mike Watts, who has tendered his resignation to the board of directors and will be stepping down with immediate effect.
The board would like to thank Mike for his service to the Company and wish him the best for the future.
Daniel is an experienced CFO with over 10 years' experience at board level at both private and public companies. Most recently, Daniel was Interim CFO at AIM-listed Young & Co.'s Brewery, P.L.C. Prior to this, Daniel spent three years as CFO of SPIE UK, the leading energy, safety and environmental solutions provider. Daniel also spent five years at Robert Walters, the global recruitment consultancy, where he held the role of Finance Director (UK, Middle East and Africa). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Daniel will not be joining the board of directors and is expected to remain as interim CFO on a full-time basis. This will be until such time as a permanent CFO is appointed to the board, for which the formal executive search process has been initiated.
Chris Pullen, Chief Executive of Staffline commented:
"I would like to personally thank Mike for all his efforts. Naturally, on behalf of the Board, we wish him well for the future. I am however, pleased to welcome Daniel to Staffline, who has the necessary skills and experience to oversee our finance function while we seek a permanent Chief Financial Officer."
